We aim to provide you with stock you love, but we understand that there may be occasions where you wish to return a garment.
If you wish to return stock because they are believed to be faulty, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return stock for any other matter, in which the stock is not faulty, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to return stock, you must email email@example.com stating: the description of the product(s) to be returned (with the Code, Colour, Quantity wanting to be returned), reason for return (must detail why each garment wishes to be returned), your Company Name, Company Address, Order Number (Invoice Number) and date of stock received.
Returns from UK order, must be received back to us within 5 days and international orders must be received back to us within 7 days, of notifying us of the return.
All items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, with a note enclosed with the items returned (the note enclosed must specify the product/style code of each item returned, the quantity of each style and why each item has been returned). If there is a fault in the garments you must enclose photographic evidence of the fault. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties or for the return postage costs. We recommend carefully packing any returns to avoid damage in transit.
Once we receive the items, we inspect each individual garment. If the garments are returned in suitable condition, we will if we have the stock can exchange it, but if we have no stock, we will refund credit towards your next order.
We recommend you post stock by recorded delivery and receive a receipt for your shipment. If we do not receive the stock, we are not responsible for the matter and will not be able to process your return.
If no genuine manufacturing fault is found with the garment(s) returned, we reserve the right to charge a 20% administration fee of the value of the stock returned.
We try hard to process returns and accept all returns where possible, but in some cases if the stock is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return the stock to you at an additional cost.
We aim to contact you within 48 hours of returns being received to confirm their receipt. We recommend that you call us on +441610834 0612 if you have not received any communication from us within 48 hours of your returns package being delivered.
If you receive a pack with an incorrect ratio of seize, we must receive the complete pack sent to you before sending you the correct ratio.
Please note, we offer a flexible returns policy to aim to offer the most helpful returns policy possible for you to use. However, we do monitor the returns we receive. If we find a customer account has had frequent returns the matter will be flagged and investigated. If we find there is inappropriate use of our returns policy, it can potentially lead to refusal of future returns associated with the account or closure of the Zoom fashion account.
